To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of your total stay amount is required at the time of reservation. The remainder is due one week prior to your stay.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will not be refunded unless reservation dates are refilled.
We are very flexible with check-in & check-out times. Just give the office a call (541-698-6004). If no other reservations are due or departing from your rental, you are welcome to make use of the home.
Check-In time is anytime after 3:00 pm
Check-Out time is 11:00 am
Upon your arrival and immediate inspection of the home, let the office know if there are any unsatisfactory conditions so that we have the opportunity to discuss and make any accommodations possible to remedy the situation. Accommodations can not be made at the time of or upon your departure.
All of the rental homes have a bed tax assessed by local and/or state government – 10%. Taxes are automatically added to your stay amount.
Homes are normally cleaned before you arrive and after your departure. If you would like interim cleaning let us know and we can make arrangements and estimate costs. All homes do have a cleaning fee based on the size of the home, number of people/pets traveling. The average is $100, we will assist you with this when you call to make your reservation. Cleaning fees are paid separately from your stay amount. Please leave a check in the designated amount on the kitchen counter of your home prior to your departure.
All of our homes are designated as ‘Non-Smoking’. Please smoke out of doors and police your cigarette butts.
No pets are allowed without prior approval. In the case of an unauthorized pet, your credit card will be charged $100.00 and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. No refunds will be issued.
When possible, your pet will be invited to stay. If so, please do not allow your pet on the furniture, and please do clean up all animal droppings. Should extra cleaning be required (carpets, linens, and the like) a minimum fee of $100 will be assessed.
All guest vehicles must be in good working condition. Guests will be charged for any oil stain damages in the driveway or garages.
Many homes we offer include a hot tub for your enjoyment. Please be aware of and abide by these Hot Tub Rules & Procedures.
All of the details of your stay will be confirmed to you in writing. An agreement will be sent to you for review and approval – indicated by your signature and return of the document

About the beach…
You’ve seen many photos on our site which show the beaches near our homes. One of the great things about beaches is that they are constantly changing with the tides and with storms and may not look just like our photos. One thing which is certain is that they are beautiful!
Beach property – as much as it offers great entertainment and enjoyment – is not safe for unattended children. Please plan to have child supervision consistently during your stay to prevent any potential hazards.
