With upper-level living, you’ll find a spacious great room with amazing views everywhere you look! The kitchen is roomy and has everything you need to cook a relaxing meal for your family and guests. The enclosed porch which leads to the deck makes for the perfect indoor/outdoor experience regardless of the weather. The living area also features a half bath so no need to travel downstairs to access either of the full baths.
This home is privately situated on the bluffs overlooking the ocean – in a neighborhood called Rogue Shores. On the upper bluffs, you have remarkable ocean views and easy access to the neighborhood below the bluffs – at ocean level. Here you’ll find access to pristine beaches, crashing waves, and miles of sandy beauty.
All of the bedrooms are located at ground level with access to the garage with a game room. The master bedroom is large and airy and features a sliding glass door to the patio and hot tub, and a private bath with double sinks and a bath/shower combo. The second and third bedrooms are nicely appointed and are comfortable. They share a full bath with a shower. The ground floor also hosts the laundry room.
The View features a hot tub, nicely equipped kitchen, television, WiFi Internet, game room in the garage, laundry equipment, and all linens provided. The View is super clean, tastefully furnished, and well equipped.
